Basically 123-reg will auto-renew your domains without your permission BEFORE they expire and then REFUSE to refund you. Shocking, shameful and very unprofessional. Their customer service emails all simply say 'sorry no refund'. Would a letter to their CEO produce...

Would I reccomend 123-reg? Yes for the exact reason you are complaining for. Auto renewal of domains is performed by every single domain registrar and this is blatantly clear....
